Associated Conferences Secretariat, Inc. specializes in the administration and management of shipping associations/ agreements and the related tasks associated with that expertise. We offer meeting reservation, meeting arrangement, meeting management, meeting facilities and not only to ocean carriers, but all other industries and the general public. Associated Conferences Secretariat, Inc. has been providing meeting planning services to its ocean carrier associations/agreements since its inception. We can provide these arrangements both on-site, for groups of 12 people or smaller, as well as, off-site in locations scattered throughout the United States and Canada.

We can provide services to assist in the areas of planning, reservations, preparation and facilitation. We can arrange for the printing of meeting booklets, name plates, name tags, hotel accommodations and function reservations.
